Role Overview
We are an established Endodontic practice that prioritizes high quality treatments and patient care. We are looking for a qualified part-time or full-time Front Desk Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for patients in our practice. The right applicant will have experience greeting patients, verifying insurance and personal information, answering questions and directing patients until they are met by the Dental Assistant. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for general administrative tasks associated with the efficient running of the office.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients, check guests in according to established office protocols, verify and update patient information.
- Inform patients of financial treatment plan options.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the workday.
- Excellent customer service skills with an outgoing, people friendly personality.
- Excellent communication skills with staff and patients.
- We require all employees to be vaccinated.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
