These enthusiastic professionals will be responsible for servicing the existing clients of the agency by: answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, receiving and processing insurance payments for existing customers, drafting emails & reports, and other additional duties as directed by the agent or associates. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls transferred from the Intake Team.
- Responds to all service inquiries sent via email to the agency.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Advise all customers of cross sell opportunities including financial products.
- Informs customers any discounts and new or upgraded coverages using specified talk paths
- Schedule annual reviews for the sales team.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.

Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and be coachable.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Customer service experience in insurance is greatly preferred.
- P&C license is required or must be willing to obtain the required license to start
