Milliken & Company, Inc. is recruiting a pilot for our Part 91 corporate flight department based in Greenville, South Carolina. The ideal candidate is a business aviation-minded individual who understands the importance of professionalism and operational excellence. Safety and customer service are paramount in Milliken’s flight operations. This position will require the candidate to serve as both PIC as well as SIC as assigned by the Director of Aviation. Additionally, the candidate will have managerial duties and special projects assigned to him/her by the Director of Aviation. Milliken is an IS-BAO flight department, and we have a robust Safety Management System (SMS) in place which requires participation by all of our Aviation Associates. Most managerial duties are centered on these processes. The job requires strict adherence to Company and Department SOPs and policies as well as internal and external training year-round.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Milliken & Company’s Aviation Department operates two (2) Citation XLS aircraft which are operated primarily in CONUS, and typically up and down the East Coast. Currently, we have six pilots, three maintenance technicians, and one scheduler. Our priorities are safety, customer service, and quality of life for our Aviation Team members. We are looking for a sixth pilot who will assimilate well with our small department, but who will also bring their important experience to our department to help us in our desire for continuous improvement.

Support company initiatives with leadership travel on Citation XLS
Manage flight schedule and prioritize calendar accordingly
Respond timely to leadership changes with flight schedules
Ensure safety and quality of life for Milliken employees
QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED
BA/BS from an accredited college or university
Fixed wing multi-engine ATP with at least one type rating
2,000 hours turbine fixed wing aircraft experience
4,000 hours total time
Class 1 Medical
