About this job:
We’re looking for an organized and energetic QC Coordinator with an eye for detail and a knack for ensuring the best quality is delivered across our brands. As a Quality Coordinator your primary responsibility will be to meticulously inspect and assess our products, ensuring that they meet our strict quality standards. This role will require a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining and improving our quality control processes.
\n- Product compliance:
- Ensures products are conformant with regulations and company quality specifications.
- Work with vendors to ensure that materials, components and final product meet quality standards and specifications.
- Analyze and evaluate product incidents data and consumer sentiment data for major brands (Babyletto, DaVinci Baby & Carters by DaVinci)
- Responsible for identifying product defects trends and prompting adjustments and improvements to responsible parties.
- Coordinates and manage product improvements projects across various internal teams (e.g., Product Development, Consumer Support) and external partners (e.g., factories, vendors)
- Responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints related to product quality, working with customer service to ensure that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Quality management:
- Maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality standards in all aspects of production.
- Develop and monitor metrics to track quality performance and report findings to senior management.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in quality control and implement new processes and technologies as appropriate.
- Assisting in the development of test methods and inspection plans
- Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and coordinating projects.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of work.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and reporting.
- Preferred experience in quality assurance or product manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Salary : $55,000 - $66,000
