Your Role:

We are looking for an experienced Operational Excellence Manager. You will manage, lead, and drive continuous improvement activities at the Madison and Verona sites in the Life Science AEM Cluster achieving throughput, cost, quality, service, and/or safety improvements. As essential for the candidate is a positive record of accomplishment in implementing and inspiring an organization for daily continuous improvement using your knowledge of lean manufacturing. The candidate will lead transformational projects, coach other individuals running lean projects, and support the local management team in building a daily continuous improvement culture. You will report to the Head of Operational Excellence of the AEM cluster.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must have 10 Years of Lean Manufacturing experience and/or in leading operations or engineering in Life Science (GMP, CDMO).
  • A Bachelor's Degree required and Six Sigma Black Belt certification

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading complex operational and transactional process improvement projects and demonstrate successful application of Lean Six Sigma tools (VSM, TPM|AM, DMS) and Change Management
  • Experience managing continuous improvement pipeline with a site management team including the selection and governance of projects and project portfolio
  • Experience leading and participating in regional and global improvement projects while actively seeking best practices and driving process harmonization in the network
  • Exhibit excellent leadership, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills which allow you to influence with indirect or no authority
  • A self-starter with efficient and effective organization and project management skills
  • Strong analytic skills and are an advanced user of Minitab, Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX), Power BI, ...
  • Ability to teach, coach, and train Lean Six Sigma Belts
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of your time (national and international)
