- Time: Full-time, 40 hours a week.
We are looking for a self-starter who has a positive mindset and wants to contribute to a Global Launch team, through a mix of virtual and in-person engagement. The candidate should have effective interpersonal and analytical skills, as well as a passion for contributing to the overall success of the team. Our launch team is spread across the Globe (UK/EU/North America) so flexibility with working hours may be required. Key success factors include succeeding in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple teams and stakeholders, willingness to learn and grow, and dedication to high quality execution.
Key areas of accountability:
- Provide project management support, including organizing meeting agendas, drafting minutes, developing action items and following up to support cross functional teams
- Development of team presentations and communications (i.e., via PowerPoint, email, etc.), spanning multiple pharmaceutical product-launch related topics
- Oversee on-going management of Global and Key Country Launch Trackers, and required follow-up with launch teams and country stakeholders
- Manage distribution lists and calendar invitations for targeted stakeholder communications
- Support with budget management, including consolidation from cross functional partners; outputs with multiple data views to enable project planning and optimization
- Setup and have ownership of a consolidated set of content in order to enable rapid development and distribution of new content to cross functional partners and to prepare for quick communication
- Manage contracting process for Healthcare Professionals to support external engagement
Desired Candidate Characteristics and Experience:
- Experience working in cross functional teams
- Experience leading projects and presentations in a hybrid working environment (virtual and face-to-face)
- Strong analytical skills and budget management with high attention to detail
- Competency in using Excel, PowerPoint, Think Cell, SharePoint and Teams
Preferred:
o Experience working in marketing and related commercial functions
o Experience working inside or with pharmaceutical companies
o Experience with international projects
