Your Role:

As the Supply Network Planner at MilliporeSigma in Sheboygan Falls, WI, you would lead pre-S&OP meetings and ensure alignment for the Thin Films Global S&OP meeting. You would also act as a liaison between demand planning and supply planning, and collaborate with cross functional teams:

• Supply Planners & Production
  • • Review intercompany and aggregated demand and communicate with teams to understand changes and impacts
    • Create global stocking projections
• Marketing/Sales:
  • • Create scenario-based models to effectively communicate the supply situation
    • Facilitate material allocation plans created by product management
• Other Duties:
  • • Master Data maintenance

• Provide back-up coverage for various planning functions for NA Planning team
• Help define and document processes and work instructions
• Miscellaneous duties as required
  

This position offers a hybrid work from home model.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years' experience in planning, production, inventory, and/or purchasing OR Associate degree with 5 years' experience in planning, inventory, purchasing experience and/or other supply chain positions

• 3 years of experience with SAP ERP/APO systems
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years creating and maintaining databases
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or Supply Chain Management
• ASCM/APICS certification
• Six sigma Green Belt or higher

• Demonstration of process improvements/project management
• able to combine and analyze data sets in Excel using multiple formula types including a combination of vlookup, xlookup, concatenate, IF statements and ability to create pivot tables
• Ability to effectively present and communicate at multiple levels of the organization.
• Self-starter with ability to lead projects
