We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at the Audi Hampton.
Are you passionate about luxury cars and exceptional customer service? Join our team as an Audi Service Advisor and play a vital role in delivering a World Class Service experience for our valued Customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet Customers and provide a warm welcome to our Dealership
- Listen to customers concerns and gather detailed information
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs, estimates and timelines
- Collaborate with the service team to recommend appropriate services and solutions
- Provide regular updates to customers about their vehicles status
- Handle Billing, invoicing and ensure a seamless checkout process and active delivery
- Address Customer inquiries and resolve and concerns with professionalism
Requirements:
- Strong passion for Excellence in customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven customer service experience, preferably as an automotive service advisor
- Knowledge of Service department Software or computer systems( CDK is a Plus)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Detail- oriented, organized and committed to providing exceptional customer service
