Property Management company seeks a Part-time Receptionist for its private health club in Manhattan located on the west side. Applicants must have prior front desk experience, exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skills and a polished and professional demeanor. Seeking weekend afternoon/evening availability (Sat. 2pm - 10pm & Sun. 2pm - 8pm).
Responsibilities:
- Basic Administrative duties (mail, filing, copying, faxing, etc.)
- Answering phones/screening calls
- Meet and greet prospective and current tenants and visitors in a professional and pleasant manner
- Maintenance of membership documents
- Assist with cleaning duties to maintain a pristine and welcoming health club experience
- Comply with company policies, practices and procedures
- Communicate written and oral communication at the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
- As a private employer, this role is subject to the COVID-19 vaccine requirement under the NYC vaccination mandate.
- High School Diploma required and minimum 1 year experience working as a Receptionist
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment
- Extreme attention to detail and follow up tasks
- Ability to multi-task and be a team player
- Proactive, outgoing, energetic, efficient
- Pleasant telephone demeanor
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite; POS experience a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
