Position Responsibilities
1.Experience teaching General Music at the K-4 Level
2.Knowledge of the National Core Arts Standards for Music
3.Experience with PBIS, Responsive Classroom, and creating a Trauma-Informed Classroom
4.Exercise open and respectful communication with all stakeholders
5.Implement district policies; follow school practices/procedures.
6.Assume supervisory responsibilities as assigned.
7.Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development.
8.Model professional behavior at all times.
9.Collaborate with other school and district staff members to achieve the district's mission and school's annual goals.
10.Provide a safe, thriving, and respectful environment for all students.
11.Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the building principal or designee.
