CRM Coordinator

The CRM Data Coordinator’s primary role is to oversee the collection and management of data within CRM so that it can be used to analyze sales and business functions, sales productivity and redundancies. The successful candidate will display depth and breadth of knowledge of CRM, project management and data manipulation to improve user experience. The role will build long term, trusted relationships to develop and implement structures to align with business objectives. Duties and Responsibilities Manage overall CRM Data Governance Strategy Partner with key stakeholders to update and communicate account list and CRM record ownership changes Analyze CRM usage and adoption to achieve desired sales objectives and maximize CRM investment Maintain Data Quality and integrity within CRM Monitor Data integrations and address any potential errors Assist with sales dashboard, report creation and ad hoc requests Report out regularly CRM utilization metrics to CRM program stakeholders Deliver ad-hoc reporting and data extracts as requested Data cleaning - systematic review and updating of all existing data records including bulk imports and updates to all records. Assist with the customization of the CRM system as appropriate to match varying needs of teams and produce reports to analyze data. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing Business internship experience and/or sales experience – a plus Strong drive for results Excellent mathematical and analytical skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment Demonstrated leadership initiative Effective communication skills Proficient in Microsoft applications Experience working with CRM preferred
