Your Role on Our Team
As the Sourcing Analyst for the Rapid Electronics Prototyping team, you will help Milwaukee Tool deliver prototype PCB assemblies with best-in-class quality and extremely rapid turn times. You will be responsible for managing the procurement workload of electronic components and printed circuit boards. Individuals in this position will provide the operations and electrical engineering teams updates and proposed alternate paths regarding required materials and lead times.

Your Role on Our Team

Individuals in this position will provide the operations and electrical engineering teams updates and proposed alternate paths regarding required materials and lead times.
You’ll Be DISRUPTIVE Through These Duties And Responsibilities
- Evaluate the best sourcing path for materials to meet project timelines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members and suppliers.
- Monitor and communicate supply chain disruptions.
- Review product specifications and requirements.
- Communicate potential and active sourcing issues to operations and engineering teams.
- Work closely with Project Leader to optimize and maintain multiple short cycle project schedules to drive target cycle time.
- Prioritize escalated projects with minimal disturbances.
- Evaluate the best sourcing path for materials to meet project timelines.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-Starter with ability to develop action plans to achieve goals.
- Excellent organization and decision-making skills.
- Understanding of purchase order software platforms.
- Strong computer skills, experience using an ERP or MRP system.
- Knowledge of electronic components is a plus.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in an environment that frequently experiences routine and rapid changes.
