Summary - Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Receptionist is responsible for ensuring efficient and prompt handling of incoming calls and greeting visitors. Enters sales orders and packing slips in Kwiktag system. Assists with clerical work using Word, Excel, and email programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Answer and handle distribution of incoming
- Enter sales orders, packing slips, RGAS in KwikTag
- Greet visitors.
- Assist Office Manager, Customer Service & Marketing Manager.
- Prepare monthly customer complaint
- Perform other daily clerical
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills – Knowledge of basic grammar. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills - Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Excel and Word software. Will be trained in Outlook Email and KwikTag system.
Other Skills and Abilities - Must have basic geography knowledge of cities and states in the United States.
