We are excited to add a new Sales Learning & Development Manager to our Sales Training team! The position will pay between $115,000 - $140,000 plus bonus based on previous relevant experience, educational credentials, and location. This is a fully remote position with monthly travel not to exceed 40%.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Manage content of training programs to ensure all material presented is up-to-date with available product information and compliant with all company guidelines and procedures. Facilitate curriculum for various roles and departments in person. Assist with compliance of salesforce and other designated employees with all credentialing requirements. Manage the agency database and ensure the accuracy and completion of compliance records. Consistent travel with field personnel to assess ongoing training needs, development areas and opportunities for improvement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in training projects and execute with little to no oversight
  • Present sales model and various material to company new hires, in person and virtually
  • Direct and help administrate the curriculum instructional process and deliverables, evaluating quality and alignment of programs on an ongoing basis
  • Coordinate the delivery of training courses via meetings, webinars, company training modules/software programs, and other technology (e.g. WebEx, etc.)
  • Develop and manage curriculum project plans; communicating with stakeholders, partners, and others as required
  • Establish and maintain a system to accurately track salesforce credentialing records; manage credentialing requirements to ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Generate reports using the company LMS center
  • Ensure course content is updated as needed to comply with changes in credentialing requirements
  • Manage the approval process for obtaining changes needed to sales training materials; ensure requests for new/changed documents, program content, etc. are complete and submitted timely to approval committee
  • Assist in creation of training content; help identify existing material or information that can be used in training programs
  • Establish and maintain a system to accurately track credentialing records. Manage credentialing requirements to ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Field travel with tenured and new AAE/AE's will be necessary with this role

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • BS/BA in related discipline
  • 5 years experience in similar role and/or function. Experience as trainer, leadership development role, or similar strongly preferred
  • 3 years experience in medical device/biologic sales with 1 years of progressive responsible positions

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management, both internal and external customers
  • Ability to influence others to achieve desired results using tenacity and diplomacy
  • Ability to prioritize and respond with a sense of urgency to all inquiries and requests
  • Proficient in MS Office, multi-media, and LMS programs
  • Strong documentation and training skills
  • Excellent project management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to design and implement eLearning solutions
  • Organized, flexible, and able to multi-task while maintaining a high level of efficiency and attention to detail
