What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attorney position at Minces Rankin PLLC?
About the job
- Minces Rankin PLLC is a firm that emphasizes commercial litigation and employment law matters but also handles other high-stakes litigation outside these areas. Among our priorities is to try to help the good guys and chase the bad guys whenever possible.
- We represent individuals and businesses and work on both sides of the docket.
- Though we are a small firm, our work product mirrors what you would expect to see at a multinational, white-shoe law firm.
- The work environment is fast-paced and requires constant multi-tasking.
- We are aggressive and innovative in our approach to litigation. We value creativity and thoughtful aggression and disfavor linear, lazy adherence to lame convention.

- The most important attribute we seek is an ability to generate powerful, winning work.
- Pay commensurate with qualifications, ability, and work schedule.
- We welcome candidates with not much or lots of experience so long as you have the fire, skill, and personality traits needed to support and expand our brand in the legal market.
- We offer competitive compensation, health insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, a 401(k) plan, monthly gym membership reimbursement (up to $50.00 per month), and a congenial work environment.
