Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Clinical Director of Therapeutic Services and as per policies and procedures of the company, the Clinical Intake Regional Supervisor will provide supervision and oversight to a team of Licensed Master Social Workers who perform Intake Services for the PCs.
- Establish and maintain clinical staff schedules for up to 12 Licensed Master Social Workers to ensure continuity of patient care during hours of operation
- Monitor administrative performance metrics/ utilization
- Track referrals and conversion rates
- Conduct interviews
- Onboard and train new staff
- Manage PTO
- Review, edit and sign off on Biopsychosocial Assessments
- Provide Clinical Supervision
- Complete Performance Evaluations of direct reports
- Be available for onsite check-ins at service sites
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice their behavioral health specialty independently (LCSW)
- Supervisory experience in a mental health setting
- Licensed in New York State (preference given to candidates dually licensed in additional jurisdictions such as Illinois, Florida, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Michigan)
