What are the responsibilities and job description for the Qc inspector position at Mindlance?
General Summary :
Responsible for ensuring company products are in compliance with internal and external specifications by performing a variety of routine and non-routine inspections and evaluations.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Performs varied product inspections, generally of in-process sub-assemblies, finished goods, components, incoming materials, by observing, measuring, and recording data.
Compares inspection results to defined requirements or specifications and documents differences found.
- Recommends adjustments to production process to correct standard problems.
- Compiles and inputs data, documents findings and interprets results.
- Reports rework / reject to proper department. Follows up on corrective actions being taken.
- Confers with other departments regarding quality standards.
- Compiles and maintains quality requirements documentation.
- Participates in the establishment of future inspection procedures.
- Identifies workmanship defects and recommends corrective action.
- Investigates production process to determine root cause.
- Ensures proper documentation and disposition of defective products.
- Shall have good attention to detail
Job Requirements :
- 100% of the Work is On-Site in support of Manufacturing
- No Work From Home available for this position
- Daily start time is between 6 : 00 am & 7 : 00 am
Work Experience :
Generally, requires 4-6 Years Work Experience Education Required : High School
