Credentialing Coordinator

About the Role

The demand for treatment for behavioral health issues continues to increase across the US. As a result, Mindpath Health is experiencing tremendous growth and expansion and is on target to become a leader in outpatient behavioral health services that blend human connection with science-based care.

The Credentialing Coordinator (Remote) will provide administrative support to our physicians and offices by coordinating credentialing and contracting activities. This individual needs to have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
• Maintain credentialing grids for monthly meetings
• Assist as an administrative liaison for our physicians and offices
• Be open to training current and new employees on credentialing processes and procedures

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of previous credentialing experience,
• Healthcare administration experience.
• Provider relations or credentialing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and oral.
