Requirements
- Availability to work 100% on Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
- IT work experience (3-5 years);
- Experience managing successful, large-scale projects that include multiple diverse teams (5 years);
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Project to track and maintain projects (5 years);
- Experience developing and maintaining detailed project plans based on work breakdown structures (5 years);
- Experience with PMO methodologies and documentation (5 years);
- Experience with meeting facilitation and documentation (5 years);
- Experience creating and presenting internal and external status reports (5 years);
- Experience with Risk and Issue Management (5 years);
- Leadership experience;
- Experience with Azure cloud;
- Experience managing and reporting projects in compliance with Rule 60GG-1, Florida Administrative Code (preferred);
- Experience with state government projects (preferred);
- Experience using Offender Based Information System (OBIS) (preferred);
- Experience with IT standards in a criminal justice environment (preferred);
- Experience managing large projects for a government agency (preferred);
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (preferred);
- Certification in Agile or Scrum-based Project Management (preferred);
- ITIL Service Management Foundations Certified (preferred);
- Bachelor's Degree, from an accredited college/university, in Computer Science, Information Systems, other related field, or four (4) years of equivalent work experience.
- Develop and manage resource-loaded and leveled project plans;
- Serve as a liaison with users;
- Provide project progress reports to internal and external stakeholders as well as executive leadership;
- Manage resources for associated projects;
- Maintain all project artifacts in accordance with PMO standards and other documentation as necessary to ensure compliance with Chapter 60GG-1, Florida Administrative Code;
- Work closely with customers, stakeholders and IT software developers to document business requirements;
- Develop As-Is, To-Be, and other required business analysis documentation;
- Follow a standard set of practices that ensure the integrity and quality of project artifacts;
- Work independently as part of a larger cross-functional team.
