Job Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for answering phones and being the first point of contact to visitors in our lobby.
Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8-5pm.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Monitors and assists all incoming public traffic.
- Receives guests and other in a courteous, polite and warm manner.
- Appropriately and accurately prepares and distributes routine correspondence.
- May provide clerical and administrative support to the various departments.
- Receive and follow reception schedule and instructions from supervisor.
- Operate paging/telephone system as required.
- Answer telephone system and determine nature of call and relay information or route call as appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned by department manager.

- Management observation regarding attitude, diligence, team contributions, and willingness & ability to learn new skills and information.
- Other key metrics prescribed by Miner Corp leadership, resulting in positive customer and Company impact.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service environment. At least 2 years preferred.
- Must be reliable, dependable and punctual.
- Must have integrity in their work.
- Must be outgoing and able to converse comfortably with incoming traffic, peers and management.
- Able to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
- Ability to answer the telephone in a professional manner.
- Able to take detailed messages, respond to verbal inquiries, take direction from different sources, handle multiple tasks and be organized in a fast paced environment.
- Typing of 30-40 wpm may be required if secretarial support is needed.
- Knowledge of and demonstrated skills in general office procedures.
- Must have strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs and across remote offices.
- Able to project a professional image.
- GED or High School degree required.
- The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check.
