What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Manager position at Mingledorff's Inc?
PURPOSE: To direct and manage all the daily functions of a client-specific and/or client-hosted sales and vendor managed inventory site, as well as to promote and foster the client relationship to increase parts and supplies sales including the following: order entry, job management, returns processing, inventory control, supervision of personnel, identification and procurement of new products as well as maintaining a safe and professional work environment. This position is accountable for the on-site inventory accuracy for its location.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise on-site Mingledorff’s staff, including but not limited to directing the day to day operations for the Inside Sales Professionals and Warehouse Associates- Responsible for Performance Management and PTO
- Maintain professional atmosphere of sales facility and warehouse
- Process customer orders and returns
- Pull orders, put away stock and returns
- Work with sales staff to ensure an excellent level of customer service
- Responsible for inventory from daily cycle counts to quarterly inventories
- Create purchase orders and transfers to fill orders and maintain inventory levels
- Responsible for internal audit reports
- Develop relationship with client organization to insure absolute satisfaction
- Identify prospective/future sales opportunities and communicate to sales team
- Maintain all required OSHA and company safety programs
- Provide support and perform similar job responsibilities as DCM, ISP and Warehouse Manager
- Coordinates site maintenance and security
- Participate in On Call Schedule and after-hours training
- May travel up to 20% to branches and other operating companies requiring some overnight stay, travel to industry related conferences and training requiring some extended stay
- Must be available during normal business hours which include Monday through Saturday
- Work cooperatively with others
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Maintain regular, punctual and reliable physical attendance

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 years of management or supervision experience, preferred
- 2 years customer service and or sales experience
- 2 years of HVAC industry experience
- 2 years warehousing and distribution experience
- 2 years forklift experience
- 2 years shipping/receiving experience
- Clear driving record
- Proficient with SXE/Trend
- Proficient in MS Office
- Possess a valid driver’s license
