Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6pm. Occasional Saturdays from 7:30am-5pm.
Duties include:
· Answer phones
· Handles basic service instructions from client meetings and phone calls
· Help maintain relationships with clients
· Have great customer service skills with a welcoming demeanor
· Ability to multi-task in a team environment
· Being detailed-oriented is a major must
· Ability to be proactive and anticipate the needs of others along with own’s work
· Provide administrative support to sales staff, management, and planners
· Place orders for management
· Serve as CRM administrator, supporting data entry and pulling reports
1 year of administrative experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Pay: $15-$20 per hour DOE
