What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Director, Artist Relations position at Minted?

We are seeking a senior leader to help cement Minted as the world’s premier community for independent artists and creators. Your role will be directly tied to our company’s reason for being: identifying and empowering creative talent. You will work very closely with Minted’s talented and supportive community of thousands of independent artists, who hail from all 50 U.S. states and more than 100 countries around the globe. Our community of artists has adopted “community over competition” as their tagline. While they compete in our prestigious design competitions, they also help each other improve their work and celebrate each other’s triumphs.  As a critical cross-functional leader for the supply side of our marketplace, you will ensure that artists have an excellent experience with Minted throughout their journey, including artist recruiting, onboarding, engagement, learning and development, earnings opportunities, building close friendships within the community, and incentive and recognition programs for our top-selling artists.   You will be a key cross-functional leader inside Minted, working very closely with our Merchandising, Brand, Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance teams.
