Minutemen Direct is recruiting for Client Specialists to work as a liaison between the company and clients in Cleveland, OH.

Responsibilities:
- Organize project documents for the Digital Solutions team
- Maintain existing client relationships
- Onboard new client accounts and set them up with access to online tool
- Conduct demos, walk-throughs and training as needed
- Provide support to clients experiencing issues with online tool
- Help test new features and projects
- Assist in preparing / formatting project documents
Experience:
- 2 years (preferred) proven customer service experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong phone handling and active listening skills
- Success in conflict resolution
Qualities of a Successful Candidate:
- Consistently driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Experienced in a technical/application development environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and rapidly adjust to changing projects.
- Successfully meet required deadlines.
- Familiar with Windows or Mac.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
