Now hiring a General Laborer for a distribution company in Middleburg Heights for 1st shift, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Monday – Friday
Weekly pay at $15 per hour.
The General Laborer is responsible for moving furniture, loading/unloading trucks, and performing timely deliveries of products.
Job Duties:
- Stage furniture and other products in proper locations around the facility.
- Safely load and unload trucks in a timely manner.
- Verify the accuracy of both inbound and outbound bills of lading.
- Inspect all furniture and products for quality, documenting any damages and notify a supervisor.
- Secure all furniture and products in trucks prior to departure.
- Assist with deliveries of furniture and products, staging where directed by customers.
- Any other task requested by a supervisor.
This position involves heavy lifting, standing, bending, and walking for the duration of the shift.
The ideal candidate has excellent dexterity and a great attention to detail.
