THE OPPORTUNITY

MiQ has been a leader in programmatic advertising for more than a decade, and our well-renowned expertise has catalyzed our global success. Central to that success has been a relentless focus on delivering results, unrivaled service, and thought leadership for brands and agencies alike.

The objective of the role is to accelerate MiQ’s growth by servicing and expanding the partnership agreements with commercial partners: dentsu, OMG, GroupM, IPG, Havas and Publicis in the US market.

Create effectiveness and efficiencies across the US market within each partner group to better leverage learnings (shared decks, case studies, POCs), escalate & share pain points with the aim of unlocking revenue. Better align strategies at the HoldCo and agency level with a more cohesive strategy roadmap for growth. Increase awareness of internal and client-side wins at the partner level to evangelize our successes (particularly in key focus areas) to help unlock budgets. Facilitate better communication across regions within the US and globally. Launch commercial products within HoldCos, such as our Outcomes product, including improving process, documentation, internal team building and services.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and grow relationships within HoldCos
  • Manage and run monthly stakeholder meetings & QBRs with commercial leadership to align on partner goals and roadmap, track revenue progress and identify pain points for resolution and new opportunities for betterment
  • Identify opportunities and solutions in partnership with the HoldCo leads leading to revenue
  • Collect and provide consolidated market feedback to HoldCo stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Coordinate with Global teams on any relevant global projects, and update monthly / quarterly on status and opportunities
  • Support the development of in-person events (offsites, leadership meetings, panels, etc)
  • Create Org charts and client mapping for each agency or partner group for better communication and transparency
  • Drive the fulfillment of SLAs where applicable
  • Support the commercial agreement negotiations
  • Maintain a high-level understanding of all holding company agreements and their health, progress & profitability to the business
  • Identify areas of improvement within and across all holding company agreements
  • Build / Develop rationale and collateral to support changes to agreements to present to partnership leadership team
  • Develop deal tracking and maintain dashboards
  • Expand the relationship with internal stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a central resource point for holding company materials: presentations, partner evaluations, reporting tracking
  • Facilitate enablement sessions to ensure sales, AM and trading teams understand and support our partnership agreements
  • Build / disseminate pointed materials for each to leverage share at agency levels, regional levels including case studies, one-pagers, revenue reporting
  • Build monthly spend tracking and reporting for a single source of truth (ie Holdco dashboard) for leadership and account level teams
  • Manage internal monthly meetings post-agreement - Identify and address pain-points within the agreements and surface to partnership leadership with improvement suggestions
  • Develop national info-sharing / best practices
    • Build stakeholder mapping documents for clearer, stronger relationships across HoldCos and internal teams
    • Track attainment to partnership investment goals on a monthly and quarterly basis. Build reporting tools to facilitate tracking across regions.
    • Keep all relevant stakeholders informed of developments in line with the company's objectives.
    • Showcase great work via case studies from within HoldCo cross-regions
THE OBJECTIVE AND KEY RESULTS

  • Primary Objective: Accelerated Growth through focus on agency hold-co partnership business
    • KR: Hit or exceed agreed agency revenue commitment
    • KR: Increase the health index scores per HoldCo
    • Secondary Objective: Largest CTV MSP
      • KR: Increase investment across ATV and YT
      • Secondary Objective: Return Indies to growth
        • KR: Share learnings across Indies team to expedite activation across indies and share best practices
      FIRST 100 DAYS

      • Secondary Objective: Excite and Delight customers
        • Work with commercial and marketing teams to win and promote awards and panel inclusion for partners (3 awards subs, 2 panel participation)
        • 5 events - 1/region for more personalized coverage and increased client mapping
      What do I need to grow revenue in the first 90 days?

      • Thorough understanding of each HoldCo partnership with delivery expectations, map out client relationship orgs
      • Assess the health and risk of each partnership and areas of focus
      • Connect with regional commercial teams to knowledge-share and build strategy roadmap for implementation across 2H
      • Meet key stakeholders on the client side


    What you’ll bring:

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • Extensive experience working within an agency or media owner within a client role. (7 years)
    • Extensive experience working within the digital, data, analytics or programmatic industry. (5 years)
    • Demonstrated experience navigating and implementing complex deal structures supporting large partner commitments. ($25M )
    • Experience in building, managing, and execution robust client/account targeting and mapping.
    • Track record in delivering new business-winning proposals through client engagement.
    • Experience in presenting programmatic/analytics to middle and senior client personnel.

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills are paramount to this role.
    • Excellence in project and process management to deliver and oversee objectives within function and cross-functional delivery across the business
    • Experience in building narratives, developing into exciting story-telling and clear proposals.
    • Strategic thinking around media/analytics diversification across new target accounts to grow and retain
    • Professional, focused and inquisitive attitude, able to challenge internally and externally.

    Pay Transparency

    For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At MiQ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $150,000-$180,000. This range may vary for positions outside of New York City as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.
