Job Summary:
America’s Most recognized brand in hearing is expanding in the Midwest and looking for someone
to help us grow and develop our new and existing markets. As the Senior Marketing Manager, you
will be responsible for all aspects of the customers journey; managing funnels that bring new
customers into our pipeline, carrying them along their journey till they purchase, and lastly
managing the after experience that encourages lifetime loyalty through repurchases and referrals. If
you enjoy developing meaningful connections with people, taking on creative endeavors; if you
obsessively love solving puzzles to find the best returns, then this position is right for you. This isn’t

Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years (prefers closer to 5 years) of experience in managing marketing projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Marketing, or related experience
- Ability to consider the full scope of projects, beyond simply managing timelines... considering how
all the pieces work together - Ability to think strategically about communications and the implications of choices being made,
especially in terms of the consumer journey/experience - Understands multiple aspects of production from print, digital, experiential & content
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong Graphic design knowledge in layouts, typography, and marketing language
- Experience with Project Management and Agile tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and time management skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Thoroughness and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a creative environment with multiple deadlines
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to coach, lead, and mentor a team
Responsibilities
- Daily management of marketing projects including digital, print, and call center.
- Negotiate with prospective vendors/media sources
- Set and communicate priorities, meet deadlines.
- Manage the allocated budget and measures results.
- Analyze results and quickly pivot strategies as needed to retain acceptable ROIs.
- Management of creative team to schedule, track projects, make sure deliverables are met, and clear
any roadblocks that occur. - Deliver positive consumer experiences.
Compensation and Benefits
- $75000 - $100000 base salary
