Responsibilities
Miracle Systems LLC is looking for a Financial Specialist to provide services under our General Services Administration (GSA) Financial Services Support contract in Ft. Worth, Texas.
Financial Support Specialist duties include, but will not be limited to:
- Enter data into financial and other systems
- Correspond with PBS personnel regarding aged invoices
- Manage centralized mailbox
- Key in receiving reports for payment
- Log and track transaction processing
- Identify/Report worksheet adjustments and similar items
- Maintain documents in an electronic files management storage area
- Accomplish data entry into financial systems
- Correspond with PBS personnel regarding aged invoices
- Key in receiving reports for payment
- Maintain documents in an electronic files management storage area.
Qualifications
Minimum/General Experience:
- Three years of experience or more serving in an financial support function; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or similar software/programs
- Experience preparing reports/correspondence and written analysis of project activities and problems;
- Experience gathering figures from reports, to include automated programs and figures given by management;
- Experience preparing reports from the information gathered from automated programs;
- Experience in office type work.
