Research Internship (Sydney)
As a Research intern you will work within the Group Research team who are an independent team providing expertise on economic, capital market and property markets to the Group. They work across various property sectors of the Group including Residential (greenfield, mid-rise and high rise plus Build to Rent), also Office, Industrial and Retail and communicate research analysis on markets to both internal and external clients. They work with both open and closed source datasets to analyse, visualise and communicate insights.
Your responsibilities will include working with different types of property market data (both spatial and non-spatial) to assist in building spatial visual tools for our business to better know, evaluate and communicate on the urban environment.

Am I eligible for the Internship program?
If you meet the following criteria, please apply:
- Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
- Availability to work a minimum of 2-3 days per week
- Penultimate year of your Bachelor or Masters' degree in Master of City Planning, City Analytics, Urban Planning, Build Environment or similar and due to graduate in 2025
- Curiosity, keenness to learn and willingness to bring ideas!
- Maturity to learn from others and work in a corporate environment.
- Genuine interest to work with non-spatial property market data at times.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to problem solve in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Collaborative nature, with the ability to form strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Passionate about delivering customer focused quality, leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate
Application Process
Applications will be reviewed across August and September. If your application is progressed, you will be asked to complete a video interview and invited to attend an Assessment Centre in October.
