Direct Support Professional (DSP) Summary
Misericordia is actively for our role of Direct Support Professional/Caregiver (DSP) for our residential areas. This role presents the opportunity to help support our residents in reaching their highest potential. As a DSP, you will be responsible for daily care tasks including personal, activities, meals, outings and more. The DSP will provide supervision and attention throughout the day to ensure the safety of the residents. The DSP role is a great opportunity for a compassionate, motivated individual who is looking to make a lasting impact on the lives of our residents.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- No experience necessary- 4 weeks of paid training is provided- Apply today for our next training class.
- Ability to work weekends is a requirement.

Base pay: $20.00
- Day Shift: $20.00/hour on weekdays: $2 more per hour on weekends Sat/Sun
- Evening Shift: $20.00/hour $3.00 more per hour on weekdays M-F $5.00 more per hour on weekends Sat/Sun
- Overnight Shift: $20.00/hour $1.50 more per hour on weekdays M-F $3.00 more per hour on weekends Sat/Sun
DSP with 4-year Degree Pay Scale
Base pay: $21.00
- Day Shift: $21.00/hour on weekdays: $2 more per hour on weekends Sat/Sun
- Evening Shift: $21.00/hour $3.00 more per hour on weekdays M-F $5.00 more per hour on weekends Sat/Sun
- Overnight Shift: $21.00/hour $1.50 more per hour on weekdays $3.00 more per hour on weekends Sat/Sun
