Responsibilities
Mission Linen Supply is seeking an experienced New Account Coordinator. The ideal Account Coordinator is an enthusiastic professional that is responsible for coordinating the new account install, from the end of the sales process to the first delivery. This position will be the leading edge of the World Class installation process that includes; welcome letters to customers, welcome packets that RSSR’s can deliver as well as 30 day follow-up calls to the customer. This position will interact with the customer and other Mission Departments to coordinate the installation of Mission products and services. This position will be required to access a variety of computer databases to review, download, and manually input/update data in the system. The main objectives of the position include installing the accounts as efficiently as possible and ensuring a high customer satisfaction throughout the installation process. The position reports directly to the Regional Director of Sales (RDS).
New Account Coordinator starting pay is $20 per hour.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year office or project management experience
- Knowledge of Internet/Intranet and Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to coordinate cross functioning teams
- Knowledge of company technology tools
- Critical reasoning skills and business acumen
- Knowledge of company and vendor product offerings
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Well organized, with attention to detail
Specific Duties:
- Works closely with RDS, AR’s, Operations, Purchasing, IT, and CMF to ensure timely installs or new business accounts. (Rental or Direct Sale)
- Works closely with team members in researching product specifications for pricing and minimums, delivery times, ETC.
- Establishes vendor relationships to allow for seamless communications in obtaining information for GM/BM/DM, AR’s and RDS.
- Assists team members in ordering, tracking their orders and sales and ensuring timely installation of Mission products.
- Provides accurate reporting of orders, pending orders, status of orders, error ratios, ETC
- Assists Mission team member in communications with customers, vendors and staff.
- Assists in any work in association with meeting company rental/direct sales initiatives and goals.
- Other duties to include but not limited to: working with RDS in weekly reports and numbers, working with Account Rep’s (AR) daily. This position will also be working with the service team to help key and add product into existing customers, etc. There may be some customer service responsibility as well.
