| Under the supervision of the HIV Services Director and Social Services Coordinator, and in conjunction with the HIV multi-disciplinary team, the Recruitment and Retention Coordinator (RRC) is responsible for maintaining and evaluating patient retention strategies and tracking systems; providing linkage to care and engagement via case management and supportive counseling to newly-diagnosed HIV-positive individuals or HIV-positive persons out-of-care. |
