Our client, a well-known investment bank in Midtown, NY, is looking to add an Operations Control & Framework Tester to their Risk Team! Responsibilities of this position include reviewing and revising existing operations risk framework testing designs, executing ongoing risk controls testing, and delivering controls testing reviews to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will come with at least five years of Operations Risk & Controls testing experience, previous Second Line of Defense experience, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- Testing the design and effectiveness of Operational Risk Controls and Framework
- Documenting controls testing results and preparing reports for senior stakeholders
- Assist in developing corrective actions where needed
Requirements:
- At least five years of previous Second Line of Defense controls testing for a large corporate bank
- Advanced understanding of Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes and procedures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
