We have a need for a Systems Operations Analyst to support our Mission Technologies Division, which has over 100 facilities worldwide and provides capabilities to support an all-domain force that includes artificial intelligence and machine learning, autonomous systems, critical nuclear operations, LVC systems, cyberspace strategies, and platform modernization.
- Developproject objectives and build strategies for achieving deliverables by reviewing project proposals and plans as determined by senior management.
- Determine project objectives by studying product design, customer requirements, performance standards and complete technical studies and prepare cost estimates for review.
- Maintain project schedule by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems while collaborating with senior staff.
- Manage project costs by analyzing expenditures and resource usage in accordance with project plan.
- Assist in development of project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends with recommended actions.
- Support technical/operational leadership of a project/mission within the programmatic guidelines set by the program manager and customer.
- Perform operational studies to refine project requirements.
- Monitor project to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained.
- Provide recommendations for improvements to existing quality systems or applicable company procedures and guidelines.
- 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
- Demonstrated command of systems engineering processes, methods, and techniques. Knowledge of scheduling programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, hardware, and software.
