What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pastry cook position at Mistral?
Mistral Restaurant is currently seeking applicants for a Full-Time Pastry Cook . This would be a morning position. We are looking for someone with a strong willingness to learn that can be groomed into a position of Assistant Pastry Chef.
The Mistral kitchen is a functioning pastry and ice-cream commissary for 4 highly acclaimed fine dining restaurants. Two years’ experience and culinary schooling preferred but not required.
A positive attitude and a team player are prerequisites.
