Position: Accounts Payable
Reports to: Director of Administration
Location: Leland, MS
Basic Purpose: Responsible for all payments for goods and services necessary for the operation of the company.
Specific Duties:
- Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Investigates and resolves any discrepancies.
- Communicates with co-workers, suppliers, and others in courteous and professional manner.
- Processes all payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assists others in company accounting/financial department as needed.

Basic Requirements:
- Experience in accounts payable, preferably in a multiple entity environment
- Excellent computer skills; experience with Sage 100 a plus
