What you will do....
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot VFDs, Electrical Drives, HMis
- Specify, install, and maintain instrumentation and control devices
- Work with technicians and mechanics to diagnose breakdown problems
- Create purchase requisitions for parts and services
- Interface with contractors, vendors, and energy providers
- Manage and implement small projects within existing plant guidelines
- Research and implement cost effective upgrades to the equipment and facilities
- Identify stores inventory and critical stores spares
- Work with maintenance planners to ensure equipment BOMs are current
- Control maintenance costs by improving equipment reliability
- Suggest/Identify training needs for technicians/mechanics/Utilities operators
- Promote safety within the department
- Work with the operators within the utilities process; steam boilers, cooling towers, compressed air,
- BS Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
- 3 years-5 years' experience
- Prior Applicable Industrial or Utilities/Facilities Equipment Maintenance experience
- Organization and ability to develop work scopes
- Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and SAP knowledge is a plus
- Electrical and Instrumentation troubleshooting
- Problem Solving Ability
- The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $112,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
