POSITION SUMMARY:
Under supervision, the senior counsel: (a) reviews, negotiates and drafts commercial contracts for assigned client companies or divisions; (b) provides advice, counsel, and training on antitrust compliance, contracts, legal compliance, marketing/advertising, and related topics to the MEUH companies; (c) manages with other ACO Legal colleagues and/or outside counsel litigation in which any of the senior counsels client companies is a party; and (d) carries out any other legal work assigned to the senior counsel by the General Counsel.
