Job Duties:
- Find and recruit tradespeople from across southeastern Wisconsin and surrounding areas.
- Orient and on-board tradespeople through to Five Star Certification.
- Utilize technologies to properly orientate new hires.
- Organize company and community events to attract applicants.
- Organize community service/ outreach programs in localized and targeted efforts.
- Compile and maintain a database of relevant contacts.
- Utilize social media to a high level to attract applicants and organize events.
- Develop retention programs to promote long standing employee/ employer relationships.
- Work closely with the Production staff to ensure proper onboarding processes are being followed and evolved according to company needs.
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaker
- Be very outgoing and vivacious.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Have very high resiliency.
- Possess a strong ability to forge relationships and develop trust.
- Ability and willingness to drive responsibly throughout southeastern Wisconsin.
- Familiarity with the painting trade and processes is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Assume responsibility for a company vehicle.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are a necessity.
- Willingness to embrace company ideals and help make the vision a reality.
