Responsibilities :

• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, and comply with all federal, state and local regulations for the safe operation of a motor vehicle.
• Be willing and able to work on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Coordinate all information required to transport senior executives, other employees, or guests to meetings, airports, railway stations or hotels in an efficient and timely manner.
• Dress in a fashion that is professional and maintain an appropriate appearance.
• Handle vehicle maintenance either directly or indirectly through third party service companies. Whether keeping the vehicle clean or ensuring that it is mechanically sound, the employer's vehicle must be spotless in appearance and ready to drive without issue at all times.
• Responsible for keeping written travel logs containing passenger names, mileage, locations, travel time, work hours, vehicle service entries and receipts.
• Customer service support inside the facility upon request.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications :

• Retired federal agents, police officer, state trooper, or military member
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to work flexible hours
