Interacts with building security, all visitors and potential candidates, as well as employees at all levels in a professional and courteous manner and provides direction as appropriate. Assists with general administrative HR/EHS tasks including managing staffing agency invoices and submitting check requests, facilitating background checks, completing employment verifications, create and audit all new employee personnel files. Answers the phones for all MJHS Corporate functions in a professional and courteous manner.
- High School Diploma, or equivalent, required.
- One-year related work experience, preferred.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Data Entry skills.
