```Duties``` - Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure a clean and safe environment - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Dust and wipe down surfaces - Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs - Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures - Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment ```Experience``` - Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred - Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and waxing - Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and commercial cleaning products - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent time management skills to ensure all duties are completed in a timely manner Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
