Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

We are actively looking for a proficient and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the nursing team of our esteemed client. The LPN will assume a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively within a diverse team of medical professionals, and ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients. Qualifications:
- Compact LPN license, or current and valid LPN license in WA
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
- One to two years' experience practicing as a licensed LPN
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Current AHA HCP BLS/CPR certification
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and within the scope of LPN practice.
- Monitor patient vital signs, record observations, and report any significant changes to the nursing team.
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
- Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
