IT Support
Job Overview
- Assist in research, design, review, and optimizing the company's IT infrastructure, primarily Salesforce.
- Responsible for the day-to-day Salesforce operation within the company
- Gather system-user feedback and advocate internally for system improvements
- Provide help desk functions for company users and systems
- Install hardware and software and provide troubleshooting assistance
- Author IT articles to educate internal and external end-users
- Execute projects to improve systems and operations
- Write and maintain IT operations documents
- Other IT tasks as assigned by the Manager
Requirements
- Proficiency with Windows 10 or newer, Mac OS Big Sur or newer, CentOS
- Advanced Skills in Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with ERP software is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Be willing to learn Salesforce, SAP, or other IT products as the company grows
- Strong knowledge of Incident Management; troubleshooting strategy, queue management, ticket administration
- Excellent documentation, and communication skills both oral and written
- Detailed, organized, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to diagnose and address application issues
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
- Experience with SonicWall and Cisco
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Experience with Asset Tracking
Qualifications
Associates degree in IT field with 2-years’ experience
Bachelor's degree in an IT field with 1-year experience
High School with IT-related Certifications & 4 years’ experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.25 per hour
