We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented New Business Coordinator to join our agency Growth team. In this hybrid role, you will seamlessly combine project management with new business pipeline administration skills to support our business development efforts. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to start their careers in project management and sales support. Your key responsibilities will include managing proposal timelines, ensuring task assignments are completed on time, and maintaining the accuracy of our new business pipeline through Salesforce.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Project Management:
- Intercept new business and agency marketing project requests from global teams and oversee the schedule and resource allocation from creation to completion.
- Develop project timelines that align with trafficked resources and overall marketing strategies.
- Assign tasks to various agency teams to ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
- Monitor progress across teams to identify potential bottlenecks and adjust schedules as needed.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on proposal statuses.
- Utilize our global traffic systems – Workamajig (North America) and Paprika (Europe)
New Business Pipeline Administration:
- Enter and maintain accurate data for new business opportunities in Salesforce.
- Regularly update and refine Salesforce records, ensuring accuracy across all pipeline reports.
- Assist agency leaders by compiling, organizing, and inputting pipeline reports into Salesforce.
- Track lead progress and follow up with internal teams to maintain data consistency.
- Evaluate opportunities for improved functionality and workflow in pipeline reporting and collaborate with Salesforce consultants to implement enhancements.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Run regular reports to provide insights into the pipeline's status and trends.
- Monitor the health of the new business pipeline, identifying gaps or potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with agency leaders to refine reporting processes and improve data accuracy.
Qualifications include:
- 1-3 years of experience
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Results-oriented, self-motivated and able to inspire a sense of urgency for self and teammates
- Analytical and innovative problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Exhibits discretion with confidential information
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred, as well as Google and Microsoft applications
