Position Outline:
- Schedule and perform delivery and pick up of medical equipment at patients’ homes, hospitals, or other clinical environments as necessary.
- On site repair of broken equipment as needed
- Refurbishing worn equipment as needed
- Maintain service center equipment, in patient ready condition at all time
- Coordinate weekly inventory audits and inform corporate service coordinator of needed inventory
- Ensure service vehicles are maintained appropriately
- Perform any other task assigned by the manager
Applicant Requirements:
- Intermediate knowledge of electronics and mechanics
- Customer service oriented and willingness to work with patients in their homes.
- Ability to meet and communicate with patients.
- Ability to learn equipment and instruct patients.
- Ability to lift, up to 80 pounds
- Attention to paperwork detail.
- Computer literate Microsoft Word and Excel
- Current driver’s license and clean driving record is required
