As the evening Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing our guests with “Southern Hospitality” throughout their stay. The Front Desk Supervisor has a combination of duties related to check-in and check-out of guests, supervising your department team members, and contributing to an overall positive experience for our guests. This position will report to the Front Desk Manager, updating them on all necessary guest complaints or employee situations.
The ideal candidate will have previous hotel guest service experience and is able to work a flexible schedule including evenings/nights, weekends and holidays. If you enjoy interacting with guests; understand the importance of providing service with a smile and delight in assisting guests with questions concerning the local area, this could be the job for you!
Shifts: 3 pm - 11 pm
