POSITION: PROPERTY MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced energetic property manager to join our team.
The Property Manager will directly supervise the administrative and maintenance teams of the community. The Property Manager must be a strong leader who can effectively manage and coordinate people and activities to maximize the successful operation of the property. The Property Manger ensures the operations of the site and complies with the communities operating policies and procedures, Fair Housing and other applicable laws / regulations governing the operations.
What You'll Do:
Initiates and manages all business processes, including leasing, resident / vendor relations, maintenance, while adhering to all applicable affordable housing program requirements, and your site team development
Monitor, maintain and control property expenses.
Submit timely Accurate activities/operations reports.
Inspect all aspects of the property for physical standards including common areas, buildings, and units.
Direct and coordinate with Maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure property is professionally maintained.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements applicable to property.
Maintain proper records for all applicable programs.
Process Supervisory skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct and evaluate on-site team members.
Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively.
Skills Required:
Knowledge and 4 years of experience in Affordable Housing property management
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Have a positive attitude and always keep a solution-based resident focused mindset!
Maintain high legal/ethical standards in all work-related decisions.
