What are the responsibilities and job description for the Highway Construction Worker position at MMS LLC?
MMS is a small, family-owned construction company located in Aubrey, Tx. We are a subcontractor for TxDot that specializes in the building and installation of roadsigns and mailboxes across Texas. We are currently looking for Highway Construction Workers.
- Must be able to travel out of town frequently; sometimes 1-2 weeks at a time. We use company trucks and pay for your hotel and food when out of town.
- This role has advancement opportunities. MMS has positions available for growth and advancement.
- Skid Steer/Trailer experience is a bonus.
Construction Workers will help build roadsigns and mailboxes, assist crew with drilling and concrete pours, ensure shops/trucks/machines are clean and reports to the Foreman on the project.
Pay is $17-$21/hr. We also provide benefits such:

Individuals MUST have a clean driving record with less than 3 violations in the last 3 years; MUST be eligible to work in US; MUST be able to pass random drug testing; MUST be able to lift 50 pounds; MUST be reliable; MUST be able to work in extreme weather conditions.'
