Job Title Labeling Proofreader/Technical Editor for Image Therapy Guided Medical Devices Job Description Labeling Proofreader-Technical Editor for Image Guided Therapy Medical Devices (San Diego, Colorado Springs or Plymouth, Minnesota) The Labeling Proofreader/Technical Editor is responsible for activities related to ensuring the consistency and accuracy of Labeling, Instructions for Use, Operators Manuals, and related documentation for our Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT). Our Labeling Proofreader will verify labeling against input documents and labeling artwork against master mark-up. Your role: Review and proofread all packaging and labeling draft artwork to ensure accuracy while adhering to established company processes, Philips brand guidelines and labeling compliance standards. Execute improvement tasks and solutions related to labeling development. Assist in the development of branded packaging and inspection tools following Philips branding guidelines. Assurance of the quality and compliance of medical device labeling Provide updates and status of design jobs to customers and project team through tracking, meetings, reports, etc. in a timely and detailed manner. You're the right fit if: You’ve accumulated more than 3 years of valuable experience in a regulated pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device company, specializing in packaging and labeling expertise. Highly valued qualifications include a deep understanding of regulatory standards for labeling encompassing (FDA, EU MDR, Japan, Canada, ISO standards) guidelines. Your skills include excellent proofreading and grammar, technical writing and editing skills. As well as excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail is critical. You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position is $53,000 to $100,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
